Smile America Partners....The Nation’s Largest In-School Dental Program   Company Name: Smile America Partners Position: School Relationship Manager, Farmington Hills, MI Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm     Job Overview: The nation’s largest in-school dental program is looking for a School Relationship Manager to facilitate in providing dental services to children who may not otherwise receive dental care. For over 20 years, Smile America Partners has been changing lives, one small smile at a time. We need your help to reach many more children in need.   Scope of Responsibilities   Develop and sustain close working relationship with the school contacts to help drive participation, ensure successful dental visits, and expand our services to children in need.    Reporting Relationships   The School Relationship Manager (SRM) reports to the Director of Operations and forms a partnership with the Dental Team Manager, thereby establishing joint accountability for state performance.      Essential Functions - Works as a team with the Dental Team Manager to ensure successful visits and meet goals for state performance - Serves as the key liaison between the school and the dental team Operational relationship management responsibilities include: - Serving as primary point of contact for all school interactions pre-visit and post-visit - Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts in schools (i.e., nurse, receptionist) - Maintain frequent communication and customer service excellence (i.e. handle inquiries/issues from the school and ensure they are satisfactorily resolved) - Monitor form receipt and encourage participation, identifying when there are issues with patient count for upcoming visits - Deploy Oral Health Educators to improve form return where applicable - Coordinate needs for automated patient / parent communications (e.g. PA announcements, robo calls, emails/texts, online links, etc.) - Manage and compile visit lists and patient information for the school contacts and dental team - Coordinate visit logistics with the school contact, ensuring dental teams have appropriate information on visit dates - Maintain full schedule and make adjustments as needed based on participation/capacity - Schedule current and future visits - Review feedback from school contacts and elevate as appropriate - Maintain and update database - Jointly accountable for school performance with Dental Team Manager Skills and Experience - Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service - College degree preferred, not required   Smile America Partners In-school Dental Program Offers: - Evenings, weekends and summers off! - Excellent benefit packages - Full-Time positions - Competitive compensation   General Working Conditions: This position entails sitting for long periods of time at a computer.  While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files and other office equipment as deemed necessary.  This position requires the ability to review detailed documents, processing data entry, and read computer screens simultaneously.
